Hey there! Day three of our Seven Days of Portraits!

& yep, that's me, Emily! 

This photo brings back so many memories from while I was living in Northern California, assisting the incredible Heather Armstrong Photography, and learning the ropes of wedding photography!

On this day, my roommate grabbed my camera & said Emily, teach me how to use this! I did my best to explain the basics, and this is what she came up with! It has been a favorite of mine since!

Day 2 of Seven Days of Portraits! 

Frida Kahlo is a constant inspiration to me for photoshoots, and all things creative. Her mix of pattern and texture, color and mood are something that I often try to incorporate into projects that I am working on! 

This photoshoot with Lily is something that we decided to do on a whim, and the results were far better than what I could have imagined! To me, this portrait has everything good and lovely, flower crowns, embroidered shirts, and just good vibes all around.
