Styled Brunch - A Common Fig {salem, or photographer} / by Emily Cook

Wow!! This brunch was such a blast! It takes a lot of work & planning to put things like this together, but it is so, so worth it! Especially since we had such a delicious meal to dig into afterwards! Big thank you to Grandma & Grandpa for letting us stage in your beautiful, craftsman home in Eugene!

On another note, we have exciting news! We have decided to team up with Debbie Cook (our mum) & start a food blog, A Common Fig! Our goal is to share our journey towards holistic eating, and of course all of our experiments & gluten-free recipes in the kitchen! First: Acorn squash & sweet potato soup

Second: Mixed greens, citrus salad, mushroom & leek quiche

Dessert: Coconut whipped cream crepe cake with raspberry compote
